We get to know you to explore areas to potentially build engagement for your customers.

Our Process

According to a study by the Harvard Business Review, emotionally connected customers are 52% more valuable to a business or brand.

(Magids, S., Zorfas, A., & Leemon, D., 2015)

We connect on a phone call or Zoom and get to know each other. We will ask you questions about your business, and its goals, and start talking about what type of experience(s) may best suit your needs to help build customer engagement.

Here’s what our process looks like, but keep in mind, every business is unique and our approach is highly customized.

2 to 3 hour intake session: Depending on your business and needs, we will meet with you and your team to find out about how you interact with your customers, what your needs are moving forward, and if applicable, watch your business and employees in action engaging with customers.

intake session (2 to 3 hours):

Ideation & Proposal: After getting to know your business better, we will conduct an Emotional Connectivity Assessment & Needs Analysis and provide a detailed written proposal

Ideation & Proposal

After you have digested our written proposal, we will meet in person (or by zoom) and delve into the proposal together. This is an important stage where you can provide feedback and let us know your thoughts and what we got right and what we can build on.

Proposal Presentation & Client Feedback

Based on your feedback, we will revise our proposal and offer our final recommendations. This step will also allow us to determine if you would like us to help with implementation of ideas, or simply provide the tools for you to move forward on your own.

Final Recommendations:

Ideally we like to work in person, but we understand that may not be ideal for every client. No matter how we meet, we have a series of processes that help us get to know you better and offer recommendations moving forward:

Many businesses and business owners take emotional connections for granted, or believe that building experiences for customers is too expensive or only for luxury brands. But we’ve found, through our research and study in positive psychology, that it is often the simple, inexpensive gestures that pack that biggest punch in building engagement, connection and belonging.

At Broadlawn Creative, we are a purpose driven brand. We believe that if we dig deeper and make people feel engaged and connected, we can make the world a better place, one experience, event, or business at a time.
